Shipping Policy

Worldwide expedited shipping is included in the price. Purchases will be shipped within two business days after payment is received. We make use of a trusted and insured delivery partner. For security purposes, we do not ship watches on Fridays. Shippings on Thursday will only be accepted for overnight delivery areas. Adult signature will be required upon delivery. At the time of shipping, further details will be given to the purchaser in order to track the package.

Delivery time within Europe is one business day and for the rest of the world is 2-5 business days.

In person deliveries can also be arranged. Shipping costs for direct delivery are at the client’s expense. Please get in touch with us if you would like to discuss options.

Return Policy and Refunds

Inspection Period

Upon delivery confirmation, the buyer has a 2-day free return period. The return shipping is to be ordered and arranged by the buyer. However, we are happy to assist with that too. In order for a complete refund, the watch must be returned in the exact same condition as it was first sent. Any issues during shipping or upon reception will be the buyer's responsibility. As well as any additional costs (import, etc.) will be at the buyer's expenses.

Refunds

For purchases made via bank wire outside the website, refunds will be issued within 5 business days upon return reception.

For purchases made through the website, the refunded amount will not include any processing fee that our payment provider (Stripe) charged us during the transaction, unless the watch was initially missdriscribed by us. Refunds will be issued within 2 business days since we've received the payment from our payment provider.

Reservations
We are open to reserve a watch for you. However, a non-refundable deposit has to be made in order to secure it. The amount of this deposit is 20% of the total amount. Putting a watch on hold not only secures you the watch itself until you make the rest of the payment, but it also covers the risks we take with this. While the watch is on hold for the agreed period, we won't sell it to anyone else and we will reject any offer from other potential buyers. The risk of doing this exists if finally the sale doesn't go through. After the agreed period, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Return cancellation

If a watch requires service, it will be serviced before listing it up for sale. If a watch is listed up for sale unserviced, it's because after a thorough inspection by our watchmaker the watch has been stated to be suitable for use, running well, within vintage watch parameters. This does not include waterproofness.

We are not big fans of servicing vintage watches unless it is completely neccessary (not running, functions not working, keeping bad time, or too much rust on movement) as we understand the high risks of this kind of job, especially with vintage and particularly with pre-70s watches with delicate dial lacquers and puffy lumes.

When manipulating a watch for service, the dial and hands have to be removed, existing the risk of damaging these delicate parts (lume portions falling off, tool marks on the edge or near the center post of the dial), as accidents may happen even though our watchmaker is extremely skillful and careful.

In this regards, if an additional service is requested by the buyer, we are open to have it serviced by our watchmaker at a previously agreed additional cost. However, as soon as the watch is on the watchmaker's bench, the refund period is automatically cancelled.
